Interesting, but works with an unexamined claim for the need for institution building. By unexamined, I mean — does not question how institution building within a capitalist, autopoitic system can avoid being absorbed into the dominant machine, reproducing what needs to be destroyed and replaced. Without addressing that, directly — the ruling assumption will be to go on building in the same way, with structures parallel to and imitative of, the current oppressive system.
Setting different ideological goals is not enough without a ground up, materially independent building plan for these institutions. The media has come to be dominated by the fascist wing, because it is materially dependent on the whole economic system that creates, supports and maintains it.

Yes, it’s true: resistance if futile, but so is building opposing media institutions, unless they can be made independent of the dominant economic, political structures.
