my life in 100 words:

#4 on the court. At only 4 years old, I was already doing what I loved. That would be sports… volleyball, basketball, softball. From early on I could already tell this is what I loved. Yes, there have been many challenges throughout the years, but none strong enough to stop me. 4 broken bones, but I’m still going. I love being happy and traveling makes me unbelievably happy. I find it very amusing to see so many beautiful landmarks. From Europe, to Jamaica, and even Mexico, I’ve seen the most incredible places. Between sports and traveling, nothing makes me happier.

How far I’ll Go by Alessia Cara

For my song choice I chose the song, How Far I’ll Go by Alessia Cara. This song is mostly about picturing you’re dream and finally being able to take a step forward and go for it which is really inspiring to me. Also, this song is from a Disney channel movie Moana

This is a picture of me working on homework at 9 pm after a volleyball game.

One man i admire is Jackie Robinson. Jackie Robinson never stopped doing what we loved even though he knew he wasn’t being treated correctly. Robinson was the first African American to join the MLB. Even with harsh treatment from many people, including teammates and umpires, he never gave up or quit and continued to play the game. Jackie Robinson is one of my biggest inspirations.

Another inspiration of mine is Michael Jordan. Michael Jordan is an amazing athlete, especially for basketball. He’s even one of the best players in NBA history and even played for the Chicago Bulls. Not only is he an outstanding athlete, he’s a very generous man at heart. He has donated $5 million to the African American history and culture museum, $2 million to help address police related shootings, and many more. Jordan is such a caring person and he one of my many inspirations.

My final inspiration is Nelly. Nelly is a very famous rapper who still focuses on the important factors in life. Each year for the past 10 years Nelly has been privately sent 2 kids to college at random. He knows how important education is and wants to able to give back to his fans by helping out as many people as he can.
