Technology and Me

I am usually a late adopter. What this means is that I never rush out and buy new technology or apps when they first come out. I got my first cell phone from my brother. It was his wife’s old one. He said he was tired of worrying about me while I drove for hours by myself. I was also the last one in my family to give up cassettes. Yes, I know I’m showing my age.

I was also a later adopter for smart phones, but now I am obsessed. I check my email and Facebook all the time. I am on Twitter and a couple of message boards. I play way more Candy Crush than anybody should. I have downloaded Instagram, but I don’t really use it. I barely use my laptop anymore. I just use my phone or iPad. Technology is a big part of my life these days.
