Who will look after me when I am old?

I have been taking my Mum to the hospital recently for physiotherapy. At the hospital, I see other adults with their elderly parents, and I try not to think about who will take me to the hospital when I am old and infirm.
I have no children to take me.

I know having children doesn’t necessarily mean they will be around to help you when you are older and need assistance.
