My main interest revolves around the wellbeing of mind and body, encompassing the multitude of elements which are crucial to feel fulfilled and at peace. The most important sources for my writing are life and work experiences which allow me to share advice and life lessons which may help my readers.
My writing is backed by qualifications in the fields of performance management and workplace learning. Informal learning through reading also provides a sound background for the topics I choose to write about. I currently work as a governance practitioner so being comfortable with the decisions I make is a high priority for me.
I am also a qualified beauty therapist which is an area of personal interest, as are travel, hiking, yoga, mindfulness and self-awareness.
