I write about the mishaps of the heart and body, silent messages from the Universe mostly with some added humor. I love bird watching, the ocean and an occasional murder, of course via True Crime stories.

I started to use my birthday in February to go away and seek pure unadulterated solitude in a cold cabin with a hot fireplace usually in the Catskills, New York. I pack my muses, stay there all alone, well, not really, with all of my memories, my characters and my fears. I love it and I wish I had more birthdays to have this. Someday, I will get a cabin in the woods then everyday will be my birthday.
