Excellent article, I would add though, that not everyone is cut out for running their own business. Regardless of finding a passion and building on it, or even being number 2, 3 or 4 in a business. Some people don’t handle pressure well. And let’s face it, no matter how much you love what you do, there is often pressure, especially if you employ others.
