Hey Greg, thanks for the question! FullStory remains a pretty flat organization. We have job families (such as Hugging, Marketing, Product), verticals within the large product family (which add focus and specificity), and cross-functional project teams that are formed each cycle. Huggers are rolled into the operations / product side of things, rather than sales and acquisition. We’re accountable to metrics around churn/retention, net MRR, and conversions from trial to subscription.
