I completely agree. I’ve worked at a Tech Startup as the designer for just over 3 years, I was the first employee and here before any head of sales and head of marketing etc. I’ve spent my time and energy trying to impress these men and being very nervous as I do it, but hopefully I’ve proved my worth by now. Yet, I have a guy who’s worked at the company less than a year who genuinely seems baffled at my position in the company and how I’ve got so much responsibility. It doesn’t even enter his head that it might be because I worked hard to be here.

And I just rolled my eyes at Fliz Amazing of the House of Fliztopherson ‘s comments.
