Thank you for sharing. My husband and I have both battled through depression over years. We decided not to let our depression to dictate our lives. Sometimes we commiserate. Sometimes we celebrate over our progress. We have definitely found many of things you have listed in this post helpful as well. Also, there are some points we were not aware but find resourceful. I think it is good as a community to be more aware of mental illnesses and how to cope with them. Thank you for being strong!
