Create New app

a.Click on create app

b.Select option given below

Select Release >> Testing >> Internal testing

There two tabs will be shown Releases and Testers. Click on Testers tab

After that click on Create email list

By entering your list name and email address that you want to add in the tester list.

Click on Save Changes . Finally your list is been created

Now select Releases tab

Select Create new release Upload your app bundles
