Accidents always happen because of human error, so let’s create a Federal Zoological Bureau of Investigation (FZBI), launch a formal probe, spend countless hours and money to justify our finger pointing. Politicians, corporations, and VIPs do it everyday to cover their asses. The zoos should have their cake and finger pointing, too.
