Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro

The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. These intervals are named pomodoros, the plural in English of the Italian word pomodoro (tomato), after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.

First of all, i decide my task to complete online course. Then I set the Alarm on my mobile. I start my task and i have a page to note the distraction. The distractions that I note the noise, that made by roommates, When i was working, They disturb me, Make noise, that’s the main distraction. I set a timer for 25 minutes on my cell and i start working, after 25 minutes the alarm rang. Then i take rest of 2 to 3 Minutes, After that, I set again alarm and start working again. In this way I completed my project and I have approximately 6 hour to complete the online coarse I think this is good technique to complete online course and complete any task.

In future I am going to apply it every time when possible and also with other team members. So to make the things really done before deadline. I have applied this technique for preparation of job NTS tests, in these tests we have limited time. I’ll try to apply same technique in other tasks like while studying and while completing other daily routine tasks.
