Practicing Happiness to boost your success

One thing can help us to figure out this problem that is Happiness of our mind which is an actual happiness because of our inner satisfaction. We don’t have to pay for it. No one can force us to be happy until we ourselves want to. So, to avoid depression and worries we should learn from failure and problems and move next to avoid such things next time. If we will take every problem as a challenge to be solved we will be more excited to use our mind creativeness and each failure as a lesson of our life then we will not have any depression. Because everyone is happy when they get to know something new.

“Happiness is perfume, you cannot pour it on somebody else without getting a few drops on yourself “

We humans are social animals and have to interact with different people and situation. Sometimes our response thoughts can be negative. Such a negative thought for someone or any situation may be a reason of our or their misunderstanding at that time. But these kinds of thoughts may lead us to depression and failure.

Many times, I came up with negative thoughts mostly about people not about situation especially when someone criticizes me without listening to my justification. But later I try to avoid these thoughts by thinking if I will be him what would I have done and thus matter resolves. One more thing I never lose hope of being successful and this hope makes me to be happy most of the time.

Nowadays I am a little worry due to large burden of work related to Research, Seminar, Project works and Academy courses. To take all these things side by side is sometimes really difficult for me. To just relaxed my mind I sometime watching funny movies.

I read Shawn Anchor talk, it was just awesome. He talked about being positive using these five steps

1) Bring gratitude to mind: Write down three NEW things that you are grateful for each day

2) Journal: About a positive experience you’ve had recently for two minutes once a day

3) Exercise: Engage in 15 minutes of mindful cardio activity

4) Meditate: Watch your breath go in and out for two minutes a day and

5) Engage in a random, conscious act of kindness: Write a two-minute positive email thanking a friend or colleague, or compliment someone you admire on social media.

I have tried to apply these techniques to release the worries. I have practiced each of them and felt very relaxed at that moment. As these tips are really helpful to make ourselves calm and relax, I am going to apply now in each tensed situation to remain happy and positive.
