What’s up people… Welcome back to yet another blog from your beloved Coffee addict

Eventhough I was born in the 21'st century, I grew up watching all the shows that a 90’s kid watched and this makes me… technically a 90’s kid.

Out of all, the love of this “90’s kid” (Referring to myself…Ahem…) is Popeye the Sailor Man.

Let me tell you a small story… During a haloween, Popeye’s girlfriend Olive read Popeye and his arch-rival Bluto a ghost story. But Bluto wanted to send Popeye away to spend some quality time with Olive. So he decided to frighten Olive by faking the presence of ghosts and framed Popeye for the same. A misunderstood Olive kicked Popeye out of her house. Popeye found out that it was Bluto’s play and decided to get him back. He used some vanishing cream to become invisible and taught Bluto a pretty good lesson making him run away from Olive’s house in horror. Funny right…

But the fact to be seen is that he indirectly taught us “Nothing can be permanent if you get things in a wrong way”. Although it was a funny show, it contained morals of greater depths…

I love him even more now as he is one of the notable fictional characters who has proved that Spinach makes us strong rather than Ladoos and Samosa (Being sarcastic…)

Eat like Popeye… Stay fit and healthy like Popeye… See you in my next one.

Until then… Hang in there with a cup of coffee….
