Autumn Leaves

We wander in this desperate land.
With hopes of anticipation.
You hold my hand & i hold yours.
Like woven threads in wool.

We are fragile leaves of an autumn tree.
Ready to fall in this timeless abyss.
Nature gives us freedom by wings.
Floating in the air with selflessness.

We don’t know our destination.
Yet we embrace our journey.
We might separated by wind.
But our souls won’t separate.

We know we were not forever.
But we live eternal in this love.
