The 40–40–40 lifestyle is one that we automatically get exposed to in education, however they don’t introduce you to it in a way for you to completely understand it from a young age. From a young age a lot of parents , teachers or anyone that as an influence in your life will tell you get a good education, good grades you will be able to get a good job and you will be happy.

But lets break it down the average job is 40 hours a week, for averagely 40 years to retire on 40% of your salary. Now in some peoples mind that maybe in enough to live comfortably get a couple of family holidays in the year and be satisfied in life but then ask yourself this question what will you be able to leave your family behind besides memories that will probably ultimately be about complaining your job. There’s no platform for their kids to want to do better the only thing they may be able to relate to is if they may have had read entrepreneur books or success stories but they didn’t implement the same opportunities they had so ultimately they just create a cycle of 40–40–40 for generations to come.

My mum always told me that I should be a millionaire by now but from the age of 13 told me pay attention in school , go to university and you will be able to get a good job. This is not me blaming her for any of my choices in life but the point I am making is that because she has only been exposed to that 40–40–40 lifestyle she always saw the entrepreneur mindset in my eyes but she couldn’t relate to it. The most successful of entrepreneurs, the ones that will always be remembered whether dead or alive never succeed from formal education but from self education.
