Question tho.

I totally agree that JOOX can be confusing and cluttered for some—it’s rather unclear on where to start, which can be frustrating for first time users. However, they managed to dominate the region, at least in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Knowing that JOOX actually is not the first-mover, considering Spotify and Deezer were in the market sooner than them, in your opinion, why do you think JOOX team made the initial UI with its current Information Architecture in the first place?
