How to do 100 Push-Ups in a Row, in 30 Days
I’ve always wanted to be able to do 100 push-ups in a row.
Something about the combination of the word “One Hundred” and “Push-ups”. It called to my soul, like they should be together forever in holy matrimony.
So I called the priest of Discipline and told him that I would repeat after him.
“I will do 100 push ups in a row”
So I did, and he said.
“You may now kiss your Biceps”, and so I did.
Here is how I did it:
Every morning after I woke up I had some coffee. Then I put on some music — Queens of the Stone Age preferably. Then I did as many push ups in a row as I could, took a rest, and did as many as I could again- until they equaled 100. I timed each attempt from start to completion of 100, including the breaks.
Then, I did the same with body squats.
Then, I did the same with sit-ups.
When I started it took me 10 minutes to do 100 push-ups in 4 sets.
When I finished I could do 100 push-ups in a row in 2:30.
I was in the Army for 6 years and could never do more than 77 push-ups in a row.
I destroyed that in 30 days.
You have no excuses.
