Haha as we grow I’m learning there’s no such thing as a good problem. 😂 They’re all difficult in their own special ways. But there’s definitely been worse!
Yep, totally agree. Users expect 30 second response times, which is fine if a) you have a team of support reps or b) you outsource your support. But in a startup neither of those is particularly attainable.
Conversely with email support people are expecting to wait maybe a day. If you respond within 30 minutes they’re usually stunned, which makes for a great support experience!
