I think this is the critical part for me.

It’s not just about whether would-be entrepreneurs can handle the risk of starting a new venture. It’s more about balancing that risk against the opportunity cost of not starting.

There’s probably thousands of kids out there that could go out and start the next Facebook. The next Apple. The next Google.

But instead they listen to people and end up making someone else money.

For me, running a company’s always been something I couldn’t not do. But there’s a ton of people out there that’d be better at it, if only they gave themselves a chance.
