I usually write posts in real time (like this one). I don’t have a lot of drafts stored up nor do I spent a lot of time editing and trying to get the posts just right.

Until I started doing this, it took me ages to write. Now I’m writing a post a day, and if I took that long, I’d not get any work done. Well, non-writing work, anyway.

Plus, when I stopped editing the hell out of my writing, it actually started reading better. Like an actual human had written it.

Out of interest, do you write your books the same way? Do you write a super quick first draft then get to editing, or do you find yourself editing slightly more as you go along?
