Fighting insight waste with research repositories
Overview: Tech organizations are acting like laboratories without collective notebooks, unlocking only limited value from their diverse customer-focused research investments. We’re at local maximums for research utilization, and we need to grow our expectations. I spent 6 years tackling this problem at Amazon, and I’m continuing to investigate programmatic methods for collating research and activating it in planning processes.
