Have you experimented at all with shorter work weeks? Something like between 30 and 40 hours? I’m curious because the 40 hour work week seems like such an arbitrary construct (I did a quick google search and came across this http://www.businessinsider.com/history-of-the-40-hour-workweek-2015-10). It seems to me that a 40 hour week is a result of the terrible conditions of manufacturing (shoutout to the fight put up by the unions).
