Thats an awesome way to leverage your skills. I think everything else should be left alone but try this technique at around 12–2pm. I think I specified this and said that without this with a powernap I already get around a 50–75% lucid dream chance but waking myself up as I sleep brought that to 100%.

Think of it as a lucid dream siesta. When I drop the keys, I leave it there. I don’t need to move anything else like the controller or mute the sound. I just lie in the same natural position that I fell asleep in.
