For this one, I believe an 80/20 split of highly nutritious/low nutritional value foods. For the majority of your food intake, I think for your insides to be working properly, it needs to be foods from the soil, foods that have all of your micronutrients and Vitamins that keep your body working perfectly. And then the other 20% can be junk food or things you crave.
