Just because you study medicine doesn’t mean you know everything. In fact, being a student definitely means you haven’t explored all of the courses and done experimentation of your own. Plus, if you’re studying Western medicine, you will most definitely miss out on a number of alternative medical research and knowledge. So good luck with your biased college degree from Colombo.
And I did back up my claims. Who the fuck cares how I did it? I found actual evidence and research…are you just brushing off all of those medical studies because you’re a “med student” studying “medicine” and therefore “know everything”?
Please, bore me with your science. It doesn’t bore me to know the actual, time tested research regarding the harms of fasting (unbiased of course…the amount of government- and food industry-funded studies are ridiculous).
I didn’t randomly do this. I did my research, decided it was a good approach for myself — yes, I’m one person, but guess what, it’s worked for me and hundreds of thousands of other one persons, and I can bring them in here if you want me to.
Again, do NOT bash my readers for being naive. They are humans who can make their own choices. And I’m not giving them “news,” I’m giving them information — backed by RESEARCH — for them to use at their discretion.
So don’t come at me with your elitist “I’m becoming a Western doctor” bullshit. It’s not just a given that you know more than me. And truthfully, be ready to learn a lot about administering pills, because that’s what doctors do — a pill for every ill.
Yes, I will keep going. I will keep informing as many people as possible how to be healthy, wealthy, and happy, so that they don’t ever have to go to doctors who don’t care to give them all options for care.
