That’s incredibly interesting. Essentially, you can spend 90 minutes in the gym once a week and have the same results as going 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I wonder if I should try a “once a week” regimen for all body parts, splitting it up somehow, and see if my strength and recovery respond in the same way.
