That’s rather interesting, John, because I was just looking into going vegan. Like no joke, I watched the documentary What the Health, followed by another documentary talking about what you put in your body.
For years I have followed the bro code that a calorie is a calorie, but now that I’ve just turned 23 and I feel how different foods affect my body, I’m starting to see it in a different light. I’m doing my due diligence, doing my research, watching some videos, and I’m most definitely switching to a more plant-based diet. That was actually going to be the topic of my next Mission article.
I think the combination of IF and being plant-based can be really potent for people looking to create an amazing physique. Thanks for the tip John!
