I believe that the Milgram Experiment was in fact ethical.
Aaron Spence

We share the same reasoning behind the ethics of the Milgram and Zambardo experiment. I will ask due to curiosity, in your opinion, what subjectively stuck out as a crucial finding or observation of the Milgram experiment. I found that while it retained a single object of study, it’s design is such that one can formulate widely varying hypotheses on a multitude of sociological phenomena. For example, I found the Milgram experiment to be a harsh, yet necessary model depicting humanity’s intrinsic “group mentality”, and its overpowering strength over one’s individualized mentality.
