I love consistency… but it’s very challenging working with about 10 developers across 3 continents to get it right. Even the simplest things such as better comments when committing your code. I’ve given up on some things such as always use underscores for image names, camel casing only for functions and dashes for css classes/ids.

You can easily drive yourself mad by trying to get people to conform. Instead of us enforcing it, let the tools enforce it. I’m going to push a lot of enforcement off to eslint and let the tool handle it.
