For me, ever since i started collecting data for this project, I found that in no way does it really affect my life and i haven't really changed any of my habits. I’m collecting data fro project 2 and I’m tacking my sleep, calorie intake, and steps per day. while, yes, I do find the information interesting I dont find it changing my daily habits. I measure things based on how I feel and I am a pretty active person, I try to go to the gym at least 4–5 times a week, I eat healthy, and try to go to bed at a decent hour. So for the most part if I feel good, I know I am doing something right with my life. I do, however, think that getting this information is interesting. Like since I started tracking my calorie intake, for example, I found that I dont always get or meet my goal intake of 2000 a day. In that sense I have changed some of my eating habits based on what I have learned form collecting the data. I feel like by collecting this information I have made minor changes to my daily routine but nothing major because for the ,most part I know that what I do, for the most part, is healthy. Maybe not so much on the weekends though.
