Concept: Emotion of authorship, authenticity, Identity, Prejudice
David Houston

I believe that as humans we constantly search for answers about everything, including who we are as an individual. I agree with you when you say that it is not impossible to be your authentic self to others or ourselves but it just depends on the circumstances and the situation that we are in at the time. I can act one way with friends and another way in a classroom setting. so in a sense,we do put on these different types of faces to try to conceal our true, authentic self. Sometimes in life we may not know who we are so we try to find a way to fit in and search for parts of ourselves in others.By doing so, we could discover who our authentic selves really are and we can possibly understand the person we might become. Be it good or bad.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
