5 Simple steps to becoming a more positive thinker.
1. Don’t give yourself time to think negatively, focus on what must be achieved for the day and get straight to it!
2. Always imagine yourself, personally, in the best case scenario.
3. Believe that everything happens for a reason. If things do not go your way it’s not your fault, you were meant too learn from the situation.
4. Learn to appreciate the small things you have in life eg. Family, friends, shelter and food.
5. What has happened, has happened. You can’t change the past so do not dwell on it. Just think “Fuck it” and move on.
