To be clear, few folks recommend the Keto diet long-term. Low carb can qualify in many circles as 40% of the diet (not that low compared to a 5% or less for Keto suggestions). This is too broad of a statement. High protein is not part of Ketosis either. So all of the studies presented that lumped High Fat and High Protein vs. High or Low Carb, do not speak to Ketosis. Very intriguing to see some of the positive results from Low Carb diets though. There is more than 1 way to make it work, folks.
