Here’s mine and still haven’t resolved the issue.

Rimpi: Hello! Welcome to Adobe support.
Rimpi: Please allow me 1–2 minutes to review your account details.
Rimpi: As per my understanding you want the refund of your subscription which uou didnot use. Right?
James Hill: Yes that is correct.
Rimpi: Please be online.
Rimpi: I am checking the same.
Rimpi: James, the refund has been initiated from our end successfully. It will be reflected in your account within 5–7 business day.
Rimpi: The amount will be GBP23.99.
James Hill: Thank you. I have also been charged a cancellation fee of £107.95GBP on 17 July 2017.
Rimpi: You are being charged with cancellation fees because you cancelled in the middle of the contract.
James Hill: I activated a free trial and only downloaded a picture during the free trial period. I meant to cancel, but I forgot. I have never used this service
Rimpi: James, I am here to help you.
James Hill: If you check my account you will see I have never used this service since it started.
Rimpi: I understand but your subscription was an active one.
James Hill: It was active because I forgot to cancel during the free trial period. If I had cancelled I would not have been charged anything. You have charged me two amounts of £23.99 and one charge £107.95 for a service I have never used.
Rimpi: I understand your concern completely.
James Hill: I have subscribed and paid for many other adobe products over the past few years and I continue to subscribe to Photoshop and other services though a business account I have. It should be easy to check my account to see that I have not accessed photo stock at all.
Rimpi: But we are not authorized to give the refund of the cancellation fees.
James Hill: Ok if there is nothing more you can do I will raise an official complaint and consider cancelling my other services. Thank you for your time.
Rimpi: I wish I can help you with your preferences. But The cancellation fees we can’t refund. Please consider my sincere apology for the inconvenience.
