***Update***

Over the past few weeks I had taken some time off as you’ve noticed. I used this to my advantage, and for my readers benefit. The time off from writing I used to complete research, increasing my knowledge in all areas of writing, as well as capturing opportunity that called.

For those of you that think that I have stopped writing altogether, or I was merely just a fling, don’t worry because it is just the opposite.

One of the many reasons of slowing my works down is to enhance the quality of my writing and your reading. Much like I do not want to waste your precious time reading an article or story, I do not want to waste my time writing an article or story that is not up to par.

I have researched and read numerous articles and books that has embedded a revised outlook on my writing style. Anyone trying to be good or great at anything will tell you, practice makes perfect. Although I have not recently shared any writing with my audience does not mean I haven’t written. I have also been practicing along with my research to help perfect my craft.

The last and perhaps key ingredient that has taken up my time is school work. Being involved in an English degree program is a bit time consuming. This program requires many in depth readings, analysis, research, and writings of its own. One unique opportunity that also sprung its way across my path, was a scholarship opportunity. This opportunity was not as great in value as the previous that I’ve mentioned, but it still holds value to me and perhaps even more due to my past failure. This scholarship required a lengthy application with two pieces of writing and was on a timed schedule.

I thank you all for tuning in to my update. I wont hear about the scholarship until September, but I will update you with the news as that comes. I really hope you continue to stay tuned for whats next and the up and coming process of my writing career. You now have the privilege of witnessing history in the making.
