How to build walls and alienate people – By Donald Trump

Trump isn’t really one for making friends and influencing people these days. He seems to prefer to build walls – whether it’s physical or metaphorical – he’s quite the expert.
Today I have read more about the Mexico wall which hasn’t been in the news for a month or two, until now. Yes, the one that’s meant to be 1900 miles long… This project now appears to not only alienate the press and the general public but now also the United States Senate.
When a full Republican government can’t pass through one of the major campaign promises it can only be described as an embarrassment! Anyway, in Trump’s latest move he has stated if he bill is not passed in the senate to finance the project, he’ll shut down the government. Yes… shut down!
Can this realistically be done? Well I’ve done some research and unfortunately it’s far too easy! It isn’t what Trump has to do, rather it’s what he doesn’t — simply refusing to sign the funding bill will close down the government and all non-essential government funded activities by October at the latest. Scary stuff in short.
If anyone wants to know why an over-confident business man shouldn’t run a government – here you go, I’d suggest this is a fairly good reason.
Please leave politics to the politicians, Donald. The world would be a far safer place!
