Andy – this is a fantastic article. I was presenting to an organisation, similar to yours, yesterday, about a coaching program I’ve designed specifically to promote diversity. It looks at how we harness the positives of masculine and feminine behaviours (simplest way to describe it) and avoid diluting either to provide maximum benefits to an organisation and individuals. It was created out of a need to develop ‘male vulnerability’ to support men in the workplace and unlock resistance to diversity.
