✅ Introducing Decision Scorecards

For a long time, agencies have been telling us they’d love us to provide a decision on each applicant.

Traditional companies offer a pass/fail, though this is driven by human action.

We didn’t want to arbitrarily decide what constitutes a pass. Every agency is different, and they have different risk appetites.

That’s why we’re allowing configurable pass and fail settings from launch, and we’ve called it Decision Scorecards.

A selection of some of the configuration options for Decision Scorecards.

From launch, every agency and partner will be able to configure their scorecard, from right inside their dashboard.

For each factor, an agent can configure whether the tenant should be a Pass, Fail or flagged for manual Review.

Every decision is calculated instantly, allowing everybody to get a decision on any applicant in minutes.

An example of a tenant summary who has passed all the configured criteria.

That’s not all we’ve added though. This update contains an overhaul of our applicant summaries. It’s now easier for you to read and understand the information that you actually care about.

This was a major milestone on our transparent roadmap — which we’ve published here.

We’ve got some really exciting new features on the horizon. Tenant Invites, Calculated Affordability and a new Partner API are all launching soon!
