At this point our politicians and buereaucrats and elites are only interested in power sharing as the reason for our coming together. Power sharing for the purpose of aggregating unmerited riches. Working from this principle they have gone ahead to subjugate every other thing to the struggle for more power.

The big challenge is being able to even have this discussion at all. All the national conferences we have had have all been based on how do we protect our power base, how do we get a bigger share of resources we do not create nor sacrifice for.
