Steve Moore has spent the majority of his 20 year career working as an executive in troubled companies. Working in these troubled, or crisis environments, has established Steve as a leader with a wide range of operational expertise as well as a trusted partner to constituents including lenders, vendors and creditors. Steve’s operational experience includes development and execution of performance enhancement strategies, expense reduction and rationalization plans, asset disposition, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy.
