Its great that this issue is starting to get more attention as the likes of Jason Fried and Arianna Huffington are focusing on it and going against decades of market practice that makes sleep deprivation part of a high energy professional environment. I worked in an environment where people were so happy to miss out on sleep, that an 8 month pregnant woman slept four hours in a week (and some of those under her desk). Sleeplessness is appallingly bad for you — please keep writing these articles.
