1. Open your Jelastic configuration panel.
2. Expand the node for your server (you should need to expand the server twice to reach the node).
3. Click the gear icon to edit the configuration.
4. Open the .jelstart file for editing.
5. Make a backup of your .jelstart file (so you can fix your server if things go wrong).
6. Make sure your -st (steps) option is higher than 5 (perhaps 10–15)
7. Add additional -u (username) and -p (password) options to enable additional accounts (follow the format of the existing .jelstart configuration).
