I know what you mean, my friend. I often get myself in some unfortunate situations when I’ve found I’ve stumbled into a gaggle of people who don’t speak sarcasm. Some say I should come with a red light on my forehead that brightens when I’m being sarcastic and dims during the few times I’m not. Nice work here (non-sarcastic).
I want Medium to allow me to “tip” some of my earnings to other writers. I want more peer-to-peer support. I don’t want a few of us to be prospering just because we were first-movers or (whatever the reason may be). It’s great we have 1.5 or 2 million lifetime views on Medium, I want Medium to be more friendly to the new ambitious writers.
I believe this is the biggest challenge — letting readers know your book exists. I sell copies of my book to people when I show them a copy or when it’s being promoted on Amazon.
