Very true Cristen. But presumably only if it fits into the overall Organisational and Design strategy at that point in time?

Have found that the realities of designing where organisational priorities and objectives change rapidly means that research can quickly become obsolete in the minds of key stakeholders.

Any tips on how to manage this?
