I remember this feeling. It is terrifying, like being on the edge of a crushing hole that never ends. I haven’t felt that bad in years. I get scared just feeling like I’m drifting in that direction. But in a strange way, finding myself in that place is what allowed me to find a way up. Terror it seems, is better than apathy.
