I particularly love that you call the professor out not only for her poorly hidden racism but also for the fact that she lacks the perspective necessary to be an academic leader. Instead of reveling in the fact that a student was engaged enough to challenge an assertion, research the question, and present copious counter evidence, she doubles down with the defensive and offensive. Real educators dream about having students that involved in their educational process.
