20,000 FOREIGN NATIONALS DEPORTED PER WEEK?

The present capacity of ICE is about 1,000 deportations per week.
And 1,000 people deported per week
is very small compared with 20,000 per week.

20,000 per week
(or 4,000 per day for a five-day work-week)
would be required
if the new administration is going to reach
even one million unauthorized citizens of other countries
deported in one year.

Many more immigration judges and ICE Police
will have to be hired and trained.
New detention facilities will have to be built or rented.
Both of these changes will require several months to achieve.

Thus, as a practical matter,
some reasonable priorities will have to be established
among the millions of unauthorized foreign nationals
now settled in America.

Here are five different levels of criminal behavior
that might be considered.
Only Priority One and Priority Two
would apply in the first year.
PRISONS (rather than street police)
should be required to hand over
all unauthorized foreign nationals
who have also been convicted of ordinary crimes.

And then the most dangerous criminals should be deported first:
