Building models

When I was a kid I used to build models of fighter jets using plastic and paint and glue. Now I build business models using computers and data and Microsoft Excel. The fighter jet models came with a set of instructions that showed which parts to use and how to use them. The models that I build now don’t.

Maybe sitting down and writing that set of instructions should be the first step in building my new models.
